What the Relocation Consultant Role Offers:
- Salary: £27,500 – £31,000, based on experience

Client Communications & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client companies, keeping them informed of all updates during the relocation process.
- Provide detailed information on available relocation packages and services to ensure clients are aware of all options.
- Consistently update client companies on the status of their assignees’ relocations, with a focus on transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage customer feedback, using it to drive improvements in services.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance the client experience through regular feedback and client surveys.
- Initiate first contact with the assignee and offer ongoing support throughout the relocation process.
- Coordinate with Relocation Consultants to provide key information and assistance with settling in, including orientation and home finding.
- Manage the preparation and coordination of tenancy agreements and lease offers, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and timely.
- Assist with tenant referencing processes and guide assignees through the stages of their tenancy applications.
- Provide flexible support to colleagues during peak periods or absences, ensuring continuous service.
- Maintain a high standard of client and assignee satisfaction by offering a premier level of service.
- Deliver timely and relevant information, ensuring that clients and assignees are always informed.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with client companies, achieving 100% customer retention and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ensure accurate and efficient management of client and assignee records, keeping all documentation up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Facilitate the smooth and timely relocation of individuals and families into the UK, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum support.
- Strong knowledge of the lettings and property industries, including tenancy agreements and tenant referencing.
- Familiarity with Tenancy Deposit Protection Schemes and other relevant legal frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- A background in customer-focused roles, particularly in account management or within the property sector.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and maintain high standards of performance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a keen interest in learning new systems and tools.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and working under tight deadlines.
