As a Relocation Coordinator, whether you're relocating across the block, to another state, or across the nation, your primary responsibility will be to assist the customer throughout the move process and ensure a seamless, efficient, and stress-free experience.

Requirements of the role:

  • Achieve and maintain high-quality service standards.
  • As a major contact between the client, operations, sales, and billing teams, provide ongoing relocation support both internally and externally.
  • Regular client interaction and customer service support for clients.
  • Successfully engage with the customer via email or phone to complete the relevant documentation required to plan a residential or organizational transfer.
  • Back-office support for file lifecycle management (order generation, estimate development, order registration, and file completion)
  • Manage a caseload of client files.
  • Interact closely with the operations staff to prepare the customer's goods.
  • Coordinate with the operations staff to verify that the customer's belongings are properly packed, removed, and loaded.
  • Create and maintain a professional working relationship with the operations team.

Experience required:

  • Two years of previous customer service experience is desired within the relocation, transportation, or domestic goods industry.
  • High school diploma
  • Strong multitasking, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
