This position will join the Relocation Destination Services team, supporting local DSP services whilist acting as the main point of coordination for relocators.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Coordinating relocation services with assignees
- Act as direct point of contact
- Initiate destination services inlcuding; home search, school search etc.
- Setting up utilities, and opening and closing files
- Case manage relocation files
- Vendor management and supplier coordination
- Arrange temporary accommodation services
- Handle tenancy management negotiation and assist with departure services
- Stay up to date on local property and real estate trends
Required Skills:
- Maintain strong knowledge of local property sector in Zurich
- Have sound understanding of relocation and destination services
- Excellent IT skills
- Great customer service experience
- A positive, team-focused, 'can-do' attitude
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual skills preferred
