We’re seeking a Relocation Expat Support Consultant to join our client a modern and forward-thinking relocation service provider.

You’ll work as a Project Manager and will become an internal business partner, working in a fast-paced business in which creativity and communication are key.

You will be responsible for coordinating Relocation services for corporate clients and individuals expats, acting as their dedicated relocation support advisor.

Further duties include:

  • Coordinating and supporting clients and their families with Relocation and Destination Services
  • Ensuring a seamless relocation transition, acting as their go-to point of contact 
  • Assist the client and their family in managing the challenges of relocating to a new location 
  • Providing excellent ‘concierge style’ customer service to expats 
  • Manage multiple Relocation related tasks, such as relocation briefings, home search, tenancy management, lease negotiation and lettings
  • Scheduling reservations of temporary accommodating bookings 
  • Managing Relocation cases and ensuring regular follow-ups are conducted 

What are the skills requirements?

  • Knowledge of Destination Services, Relocation, and Global Mobility
  • Multiple language skills are not vital but would be advantageous
  • Strong project management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Experience living in another country
  • Understanding of cultures
  • Great personality
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Solid IT experience
  • Proactive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task proficiency
This position is available as a 6 month FTC or permanent role.
