You will provide international relocation services for corporate employees relocating globally, with a core focus on the EMEA region.
The Relocation Mobility Consultant will act as the international mobility specialist, explaining the relocation policy, managing household goods move, advising on benefits and initiating wider relocation services to employees and ensuring satisfaction throughout.
Scope of role:
- Manage relocation cases end to end
- Deliver VIP mobility management services
- Work with corporate assignees and stakeholders
- Serve a Relocation subject matter expert
- Provide assignee briefing consultations
- Manage international assignments
- Coordinate HHG Moving, DSP, Immigration, and additional relocation services
- Identify problems and provide solutions regarding expatriate management
- Manage cost estimates and allowances
- Deliver excellent customer services
- Arrange household goods move coordination
- Provide ongoing guidance and advice on relocation-related queries
Prior experience and knowledge required:
- International Relocation Management experience
- Experience managing assignee case files throughout the entire Relocation phase
- Strong communication skills
- Natural people skills
- Sound knowledge of global mobility, assignment services, household goods moving, DSP and relocation services
- Understanding of HR is highly advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong relationship building skills
- Culturally aware
- Fluent in English & German
