As a Relocation Sales Manager, you'll take the lead in fueling continued growth.  You will accomplish this by using smart sales methods to generate new revenue and empowering the sales team to excel by giving them the coaching, resources, and support they need to succeed.

Requirements of the Relocation Sales Manager role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive relocation sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead a team of up to five relocation sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales and GMs to create and implement target strategies.
  • Administer the sales process, including prospecting, call frequency, target accounts, pricing, and revenue forecasting. 
  • Enhance relocation client connections and help close new accounts.
  • Ensure that the CRM solution is used to maximise its benefits.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual team reviews.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify possibilities for innovation and new service development.
  • Report to the Executive Team.
  • Collaboration between Sales and Marketing on market analysis and programme development.
  • Conduct regular sales team meetings.

Experience required of the Relocation Sales Manager:

  • Experience in the logistics and relocation industries is essential.
  • College degree is required.
  • 5+ years of Sales Management or related experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Leadership skills that enable the execution of tactical and strategic sales efforts.
  • Extensive experience administering CRM applications.
  • Excellent relocation presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken.
