The successful applicant will oversee the Relocation Division, with planning and allocating work. You will ensure that policies and procedures are followed, to ensure a consistent delivery of high-quality service to clients.
Key Duties:
- Lead the Relocation Team, ensuring excellent service is delivered
- Work with and manage a variety of International suppliers
- Lead Implementation of processes and procedures
- Lead International Relocation projects, and delegate tasks to team members
- Prepare and review reports, and deliver these to stakeholders
- Foster relationships with clients, and use these relationships to successfully upsell products
- Attend networking events, and be an ambassador for the company
- Lead tenders and RFP’s, and ensure they are completed to a high standard and within the deadline
- Source feedback, and utilise this information to feed back to stakeholders to improve the service provided
- Review KPI’s and other statistics to determine if the service provided is adequate, and take action where necessary
- Manage workflow and service delivery, utilising the findings in reports and statistics to make improvements
- Oversee, and resolve complaints where necessary
- Manage EuRA EGQS Quality Seal Process
- Develop, and train relocation team members
- Oversee Employee handovers, absences and other areas of employee management
- Carry out other HR related duties to your team
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Relocation/Global mobility and/or Immigration Services – with a key emphasis in the Middle East
- Bachelors Degree in Business/Administration or a related field
- IT Literate in Microsoft Systems
- Effective delegation skills
- History of change, and conflict management
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Drive to offer a successful service, with key emphasis on Client Service
- Proactive approach, with good analytical skills
