Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity with a top moving and relocation company? Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Commercial Move Coordinator to join their team.  Previous commercial moving coordination experience is a must for this role.

This role involves managing the end-to-end coordination of commercial moves for various clients. The successful candidate will excel in customer service, handle multiple projects efficiently, and ensure every move runs seamlessly.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of commercial moving projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Create comprehensive move plans, including schedules and timelines, tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, drivers, and crews to ensure smooth move operations.
  • Evaluate move requirements and provide accurate cost assessments.
  • Handle all move-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices.
  • Address and resolve logistical challenges that arise during the move process.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project details.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve services.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in move coordination within the moving industry is required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with commercial moving procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
