We are seeking a Relocation Coordinator to work with a reputable German relocation management company. This is a completely remote role intended for applicants who reside in Germany.
Key Responsibilities of the Remote Relocation Coordinator role include, but are not limited to:
- As the client’s relocation subject matter expert and a single point of contact, work closely with VIP clients and assignees.
- Arrange for the provision of services related to international mobility and relocation.
- Communicate with the assignee at every stage of the relocation procedure.
- Oversee the customary relocation tasks, including schooling, interim lodging, home searching, orientation, and settling in.
- Arranging the gathering of all immigration-related paperwork and work permits.
- Coordinating the HHG team's relocation efforts.
- Billing for the associated relocation tasks.
- Coordination and alignment of actions with the corresponding HR counterpart of the clients.
- Keeping the software program's relocation-specific status updates current.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Possess a bachelor's degree, high school diploma, or equivalent.
- The capability of writing and speaking both German and English with ease.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Relocation/ Destination Services business.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Able to set priorities for tasks.
- Possessing the whole Microsoft Suite.
