Responsibilities:
- As a Removals Move Coordinator, you will be the single point of contact for the consumer throughout the removals procedure.
- Maintain the highest standards of communication and customer service, consistently meeting KPIs and objectives.
- Demonstrate the ability to promote premium removal goods and services.
- Enhance removal sales opportunities by gaining a deeper understanding of client needs and improving the overall customer experience.
- Provide timely and professional responses to removal administrative inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company and legal standards when processing removal documentation.
- Participate in scheduled Move coordination team briefings and meetings.
- Manage finances effectively.
- Efficiently handle all incoming removal calls and inquiries.
- Transform removal requests into quotes.
- Adhere to the three-call procedure for follow-ups.
- Manage removal customer inquiries and address complaints.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
