The successful candidate will be the main contact for removal customers throughout their moving process, providing full end-to-end support.
Responsibilities;
- Being a Move Manager, you will be the consumer's only point of contact throughout the removal process.
- Maximising sales opportunities by better understanding the removal client's wants and improving their customer experience.
- When processing removal documentation, adhere to company and legal standards.
- To respond to any administrative questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Always uphold the highest levels of communication and customer service, adhering to KPIs and making sure objectives are met.
- Participate in Move Manager team briefings and meetings as scheduled.
- Effective management of all removals incoming calls and inquiries.
- The transformation of requests into removal quotes.
- Financial management.
- Handling of the removal customers' queries and complaints.
- Additional tasks as needed.
