Responsibilities:
- Conducting timely and accurate surveys for prospective moving customers and providing quotes for a variety of moving services offered by the company.
- Providing quotes for moving services to new and existing customers in accordance with company pricing guidelines.
- Seeking opportunities to network with moving industry professionals on a regular basis in order to promote the company's international relocation and moving services.
- Maintaining contact with prospective moving clients in order to convert inquiries and quotes into sales.
- Assisting moving customers with their moving and relocation needs by acting as a point of contact, responding to inquiries and handling complaints about the moving and relocation process in a timely manner.
- This is not an exhaustive list of duties, and the moving International Sales Professional may be required to perform other ad hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience in the moving and relocation industry
- Confident in meeting new clients and converting inquiries and quotes into sales
- Excellent sales and business acumen
- A salesperson who is dedicated and motivated
- Outstanding communication and organisational abilities
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
