We are excited to work with a famous removals firm looking for a motivated and pleasant Removals Sales Estimator to join their growing team. This hybrid function entails both virtual and in-person consultations for domestic and foreign removals. This post is ideal for a passionate sales professional with strong relationship-building abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct virtual and in-home consultations with clients to analyze and estimate the number of furniture and possessions to be removed.
- Provide accurate and detailed moving cost estimates for both domestic and international relocations.
- Drive sales conversion by successfully presenting corporate offerings and responding to client requirements and concerns.
- Promote and uphold the company's brand values, which include customer pleasure and competent service.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure the seamless operation and business development of the Nottingham location.
- Meet and exceed financial and sales performance targets to support overall branch objectives.
- Maintain current understanding of market developments and rival products.
- Complete all relevant paperwork, such as client records, inventory lists, and agreements, precisely and promptly.
- Management should receive regular reports on sales activities, conversions, and estimates.
- Assist in designing marketing and promotional initiatives to increase client reach.
- Provide input to management on client demands, service enhancements, and market situations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales track record, ideally in the removals or relocation industry (but strong sales expertise in other fields is also acceptable).
- Strong interpersonal abilities, including the ability to establish rapport and successfully interact with clients.
- Self-motivated, with a flexible and adaptable approach, and the capacity to operate both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other required tools for reporting and client management.
- Full UK driver's licence and willingness to travel as needed.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills, assuring accuracy in estimates and paperwork.
