The Reservation Coordinator will work closely with clients from all around the world to establish hospitality needs for their overseas visitors.
This will run on a shift bases with occasional weekend working.
Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries, bookings, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilise reservation systems for processing and record-keeping.
- Provide prompt and excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Address guest concerns and special requests to enhance their experience.
- Liaise with departments for smooth communication and guest coordination.
Qualifications:
- Previous reservations or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in reservation systems and basic computer packages.
- This is on site role with the opportunity to work hybrid after probation period.
