The Reservation Coordinator will work closely with clients from all around the world to establish hospitality needs for their overseas visitors. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
- Handle enquiries, bookings, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilise reservation systems for processing and record-keeping.
- Provide prompt and excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Address guest concerns and special requests to enhance their experience.
- Liaise with departments for smooth communication and guest coordination.
- Previous reservations or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in reservation systems and basic computer packages.
- This is on site role with the opportunity to work hybrid after probation period.
