The Room Sales Manager will be responsible for growing and maintaining a range of existing client relationships, while actively sourcing new business development opportunities.
Responsibilities are:
- Generating new sales and client opportunities
- Managing relationships with existing clients whilst maintaining a good commercial awareness of the industry to pre-empt client needs
- Attending regular client reviews, industry events in order to support business development and sales efforts
- Managing target accounts by creating sales action plans
- Accurately recording all sales activities onto the company database to support business and sales analytics
- Participating in the training and development of new sales staff and assisting the team to reach KPI’s and sales targets
- A minimum of 2- 3 years’ experience working in a sales environment
- Previous experience within hospitality sector within a sales role
- Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen
- Experience developing of large accounts
