We are currently working with a moving and relocation company based in Cleveland, OH who is seeking a Sales Administration Manager to join their growing workforce. Reporting to the Vice President of National Accounts Business Development, this role is focused on supporting the sales staff and managing the national accounts sales processes.

Key responsibilities for the Sales Administration Manager role include, but are not limited to:
  • Reach and endeavour to surpass the national account sales targets.
  • Encourage the use of their CRM to improve productivity and insight into the tracking and reporting of pipelines and prospects for national account sales.
  • Create, release, and keep an eye on sales reports that measure the national account sales team's key performance metrics, such as revenue per salesperson, order count per salesperson, revenue growth and profitability per account, and other important data.
  • To maximize the likelihood of obtaining new national account business, oversee the drafting of responses to RFPs for national accounts on behalf of the client, involving support staff as necessary. 
  • Act as the client's main point of contact with the external marketing consultant, assisting with the allocation of marketing resources, establishing goals, and approving strategies.
  • Organize and carry out corporate events that uphold or enhance the reputation of the clients.

Key Skills and Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in sales or sales management, or comparable professional experience. 
  • Over five years of experience managing sales and forming, training, and leading teams in the Moving and Relocation sector. 
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets. 
  • Outstanding decision-making, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong technological abilities, including CRM system management.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, especially the ability to analyze data and finances to support wise managerial decisions.
  • The capacity to operate both individually and as a team when needed.
