Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting two Sales Directors
- Managing their calendars, organizing inboxes, and all relevant appointments
- Overseeing the sales process, including invoicing, updating the gallery stock system, and ensuring all information is up to date on all gallery systems
- Managing sales folders, viewing arrangements, and schedules
- Working alongside other gallery departments on various tasks, e.g. event guest lists, photography, marketing, client development, PR and other
- Experience in a commercial art gallery/auction house ideally, experience in supporting sales and Sales Directors
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the Contemporary Art Market (both primary and secondary)
- Proficiency in other languages is welcome, but not essential
