Responsibilities Include:
- Leasing out specialized storage that deals with Fine Art, Fashion and other high end collectibles to clients via lead generation, networking and referrals.
- Create and lead new sales and business opportunities to expand the company’s client based across locations.
- Produce presentations and marketing materials for potential clients.
- Work alongside Business Management to draft Storage Agreements, Services Agreements and other leasing documents that are needed within the company.
- Building and improving a database of qualified leads, tracking and reporting lease developments.
- Forming and maintaining connections with clients, customers and industry partners.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the organisation at exhibitions and any company events.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales team to produce and collaborate on new ideas and strategies for business growth.
- Observing all company guidelines, rules, and business conduct norms.
- Any additional projects that are set by the manager.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic individual who comes with extensive knowledge of effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Proactive and solution driven, with demonstrated ability to lead meetings.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be excellent at prospecting for specific leads, building a client base and networking for potential clients.
- Experience in the arts sector is a must, such as Galleries, Museums, Auction Houses.
