A reputable moving and relocation firm that is committed to offering the best services possible to people and companies around the globe is looking to add a Business Development/Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to its team.

They are looking for someone who is results-oriented and highly motivated to lead business development initiatives throughout their entire company.  You will target potential customers using a variety of sales tools and lists, communicate with them outbound via social media and email, produce eye-catching marketing collateral, and schedule appointments for their sales representatives from all business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To find and target potential customers inside the target market categories, using sales tools and lists.
  • Use social media and outbound email marketing to cultivate client relationships and create leads.
  • Make interesting email campaigns and social media postings to advertise services and draw in new clients.
  • Work together with the marketing team to create eye-catching presentations, sales collateral, and marketing materials.
  • Make the most use of the sales staff's time and resources, scheduling and organising meetings and appointments.
  • Key business development indicators, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and sales pipeline, should be tracked and reported on.


  • A solid background working for a United Van Lines agency in inside sales, business development, or a related capacity.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and the capacity to create presentations and messages that are convincing.
  • Competence in managing leads and monitoring sales activity using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organisational abilities, with the capacity to oversee several projects and priorities at once.
  • A proactive and self-motivated mindset with a love for achieving goals and achieving outcomes.
  • Capacity to collaborate and communicate well, as well as operate well in a distant setting.
