This role will serve as the single point of coordination for employees who are being relocated internationally by their employer. You will oversee services delivered by suppliers and assist in managing relationships with corporate clients.
Responsibilities;
- Serve as the single point of contact for employees who are relocating internationally
- Maintain excellent knowledge of client international mobility policies
- Attend meetings with the leadership teams and departments as well as clients to ensure any issues and gaps in the delivery of visa and immigration services are flagged and corrected swiftly
- Participate in client presentations and demonstrate a willingness to help in any area required in order to ensure that the client succeeds
- Prepare client presentations as required showcasing the company’s capabilities within visa, immigration & business travel services
- Liaise with the client contact on assignee updates, issue resolution and approval of exceptions
- Participate and attend annual client reviews as needed
- Ensure that the relocating assignee receives outstanding service while ensuring that they capture the maximum amount of revenue possible based on the client policy and contract
- Oversee selected suppliers to ensure that they successfully deliver services to assignees and corporate clients and to ensure that they invoice the company in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements;
- Global Mobility/ Immigration experience is essential
- Must be a confident communicator and be able to speak with clients directly
- Fluency in English is essential
- Good IT skills
- Experience working for a Relocation/Global Mobility service provider is preferred
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
