We are looking for a Senior Relocation Consultant to join our clients' team in Paris. The Senior Relocation Consultant will be responsible for managing all components of inbound and international relocations for key company clients, as well as assisting the Relocation Director with supervising junior team members.

The Senior Relocation Consultant will act as the main point of coordination with the relocating employee, for all related activity including home finding, household goods shipment, expense processing, visa and immigration support, travel, and third-party management.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate/manage the activities of third-party suppliers
  • Manage relocation caseload to ensure follow-up with customers
  • Carry out the pre-assignment briefing and client policy review with transferring employees
  • Provide continuing advice and support to both client and relocating employee
  • Developing relationships with clients in order to best understand their requirements
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of assigned clients’ relocation policies, cultures, and service requirements
  • Proactively coordinating international relocations for clients including managing an active relocation caseload
  • Responsible for managing full Relocation services including; Destination Services, Immigration & Household Goods Moving
  • Initiating Destination Services (home search, school search, settling in, cultural training, language training, etc.) with third party suppliers
  • Coordinating international household goods moving whilst ensuring customs requirements and restrictions are adhered to
  • Conducting assignee relocation briefings calls/meetings prior to assignment
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the company's vendor network
  • Ensure customer service evaluations are completed, returned, and actioned including managing any issues that arise
  • Participate in special projects on an ad hoc basis with the leadership team
  • Training and mentoring new employees as required as well as supervising junior team members

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 4 years’ relocation experience
  • International and expatriate experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience with direct client interaction and advisory is required
  • Fluency in English & French is essential
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong oral and written communication
