Our client, a leading international organisation is currently looking to recruit an experienced Solution Architect.

They are seeking an experienced professional to join their India based offices, could be also work remote.

This department is in charge of the entire business architecture, as well as the core SFDC solution, which includes sales, marketing, and service.

The ideal candidate will have considerable Salesforce experience, a strong project delivery ethic, and the ability to collaborate with and influence important users across several locations.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to be a part of a game-changing global transformation initiative. This approach relies heavily on Salesforce. The first phase of a multi-year endeavour to modernise organization's IT environment across all business areas is approaching completion.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of identifying, architecting, and implementing technological solutions in support of digital transformation projects with multinational brands' technical and solution architects and their teams. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be:

An experienced Salesforce solution architect (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud) who can assist determining its existing digital technology maturity, identifying gaps, and developing a complete, end-to-end digital blueprint and technological roadmap.

At least one Salesforce Architect domain certification, as well as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II and/or Platform App Builder certifications, as well as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud consultant (ideally both).

Experienced in assisting with business development efforts, such as creating and estimating Salesforce solutions from the top down and bottom up based on basic needs supplied by prospective customers.

Experienced in the systems delivery lifecycle, including collecting requirements, analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing (all stages), migration, and deployment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Complex BCRs and projects solution design and delivery
  • Functional lead for off-shore design/build team
  • Cross-team collaboration to develop, implement, and maintain solutions on and around the Salesforce platform (onshore and offshore).
  • Ensure regulated and timely deployments in a continuous integration environment by facilitating release management operations across teams. Before releasing any modifications, make sure they've been recorded, reviewed, tested, and authorised.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform requirements into Salesforce-compliant deliverables.
  • Assist as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and its ecosystem (e.g. AppExchange).
  • Prototyping
  • Hands-on settlement of P1 tickets or other challenging situations requiring senior assistance
  • Mentoring younger resources

Skills Required:

  • Salesforce data modelling, integration patterns, and best practises in design Salesforce services, including licence choices
    Management of deployments and the software delivery lifecycle
  • Recognized as a trusted advisor with a track record of developing effective technological solutions that complement the strategic vision and objectives of the organisation
  • Be able to apply extensive knowledge of architectural patterns, technology components, vendor solutions, and emerging technology trends to digital solution development in one or more industries a confident written and verbal communicator
  • Be able to clearly explain digital ideas to non-technical audiences and work effectively with non-technical colleagues and business executives Experienced in managing the procurement and selection process for third-party software and other technological components and services, as needed to offer digital transformation solutions.
  • To be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and have a solid academic background in a related field, such as business or technology.
  • Expertise in digital trends and issues across sectors, obtained via project experience, contributions to thought leadership, papers, client recommendations, etc.
  • In-depth expertise in developing multi-channel and digital technology solutions at all layers of the technology stack; a proven track record of assisting to shape successful business development for digital and other front office business transformation initiatives. Proven experience leading complex digital and front-office transformation initiatives while managing mixed technical teams.
