Responsibilities;
- Develop and strengthen current customer relationships to boost sales.
- Fully understand the variety and range of the companies products and services offered to the customer.
- Identify and explore additional sales prospects outside of those brought on by the customer.
- Keep in touch with assigned clients on a regular basis.
- Establish new connections with customers through networking.
- Respond quickly to calls from and emails from customers.
- Follow up on all unfulfilled quotations consistently, communicating the results to outside sales representatives, and regional strategic account managers to help close deals.
- Be aware of all applicable laws, rules, and conditions as well as how they affect the company's procedures.
- Make sure that all of the customer's requests for price, delivery, quality, and special treatment are fulfilled on schedule and to their satisfaction.
- Work with the manager, quotation specialist, product manager, and outside sales person assigned to the account to coordinate large bids, quotes, orders, or opportunities.
- Collaborate with the company's internal resources as well as Manufacturers' Representatives, Factory Representatives, and other outside sources to help consumers and deepen personal product knowledge.
- Take part in the annual budgeting process.
Skills Required;
- Must be fully fluent in French both written and verbally.
- At least 3 years of previous sales experience
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ASW400.
- A strong team player.
