Primary Responsibilities:

  • Onboard key accounts onto the Application Programming Interface (API) with precision and efficiency.• Collaborate with the broader team to implement, maintain, and enhance the enterprise-level data architecture, leveraging Informatica.
  • Engage with Business Analysts and Data Modelers to comprehensively grasp requirements and align technical solutions.
  • Design and construct APIs on SFDC (Salesforce) and Informatica platforms.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of ETL mappings and workflows, as needed.
  • Provide functional and technical support to the wider technical team, enabling effective resolution of complex system issues.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of core systems configuration, technical capabilities, and functional aspects, including system changes.
  • Take ownership of incident resolution, ensuring end-to-end accountability and actively monitoring incidents throughout their lifecycle.

Required Knowledge:

  • To meet our clients’ requirements, you must excel as a strong SFDC API developer with a can-do mindset in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in SFDC API development, with a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and platforms.
  • Familiarity with IPAAS/middleware solutions such as Informatica, Boomi, or similar tools, although a willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued.
  • Expertise in integration architecture concepts and the ability to apply them effectively to projects, changes, and ongoing activities.
  • Proven experience in integration and API implementation, preferably through multiple project life cycles, with a focus on Informatica.
  • Extensive knowledge of middleware, ETL processes, and data mapping, particularly leveraging Informatica.
  • Strong understanding of XML and JSON structures, enabling you to confidently read, interpret, and manipulate data in these formats.
  • Ability to read and comprehend Apex code, essential for seamless integration with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce Debug logs and setting LOG levels, utilizing tools like Salesforce Developer Console, Vs Code, Mavens Mate, or other relevant IDEs to efficiently debug integration errors.
  • Skill in using API testing applications, such as POSTMAN and SOAP UI, to ensure robust and reliable integration.

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading integration activities as the primary technical specialist, with 2-3 years of experience (preferably with a focus on Informatica) across multiple project life cycles.
  • Solid comprehension of the functional capabilities of Sales, Service, and Community Clouds, alongside proficiency in non-SFDC applications.
  • Excellent technical and business communication skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders in both IT and business teams to understand requirements and execute data integration deployments.
  • Strong team player, adept at collaborating with integration experts to drive successful outcomes.
  • This role is country specific role and as such does not attract work or visa sponsorship to a third-party country but is 100% remote.
