Key Duties;
- Provide technical support to European customers
- Undertake customer visits, independently and as part of a team
- Provide advice to customers with technical matters, and propose strategies to resolve issues or improve customer satisfaction
- Prepare and conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, successfully being able to showcase the features and benefits
- Promptly and effectively address technical inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with members of the technical team to customise solutions
Requirements;
- 5+ Years experience in a similar position and field
- Excellent English communication skills
- Production/Product development experience related to Ceramic Material is desirable
- Technical support experience
- Demonstratable knowledge of the European Market
