Alchemy is excited to be partnering with a market leader in International Removals in their search for a Trade Sales Consultant.
The successful candidate will join their busy team based at their office in the West Midlands and will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and sales results at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing & developing existing client relationships to promote repeat business.
- Identifying new business development opportunities and establishing relationships with potential trade clients.
- Forming accurate and timely removals quotes and cross selling similar services where possible.
- Keeping track of all issued removals quotes and following up with potential clients.
- Ensuring that the Trade Manager is briefed in department developments and working alongside them to offer solutions.
- Making sure all company databases are up to date and accurate at all times.
- Additional administrative support to team members and senior management as and when required.
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain a professional, confidential manner at all times.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Work effectively with the team and build good relationships to drive Sales.
- Ability to comply with company, departmental, and environmental procedures.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Demonstrate capable computer skills.
- Organised and hard-working.
