We are working with an international corporate housing provider who are looking to hire an experienced VP, Business Development, Serviced Apartments. This position can be based remotely anywhere in the USA. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on increasing market share and revenue for the serviced apartment division
  • Identify and target new markets, business segments, and high-potential clients
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies and travel management providers
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that drive mutual value and growth for both parties
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and acquire new business.
  • Serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their needs are met through tailored temporary housing solutions.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of new Business Development experience gained in the Corporate Housing/Serviced Apartment or Corporate Relocation sectors is required 
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and manage complex projects and partnerships
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred)
