Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on increasing market share and revenue for the serviced apartment division
- Identify and target new markets, business segments, and high-potential clients
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies and travel management providers
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that drive mutual value and growth for both parties
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and acquire new business.
- Serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their needs are met through tailored temporary housing solutions.
- At least 5 years of new Business Development experience gained in the Corporate Housing/Serviced Apartment or Corporate Relocation sectors is required
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and manage complex projects and partnerships
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred)
