- To maximize visibility and engagement, manage the business's digital presence, which includes its website, social media accounts, and online advertising efforts.
- Utilize lead nurturing programs, conversion optimization techniques, and targeted marketing campaigns to boost lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
- Track ROI, measure and evaluate marketing performance KPIs, and report important results to upper management.
- Keep up with market trends, new technology, and industry advancements to make sure the business stays creative and competitive.
- To increase brand awareness and improve market visibility, cultivate strategic alliances and sponsorships with pertinent associations, organizations, and influencers.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline; an MBA is preferred.
- 8+ years of steadily increasing marketing experience, at least 3 of those years spent in a leadership capacity.
- A track record of creating and implementing marketing strategies that increase revenue and expand the market.
- Strong leadership qualities with the capacity to encourage teamwork, excite and motivate individuals, and produce outcomes in a hectic setting.
- Outstanding analytical abilities, including the capacity to understand data, derive useful conclusions and make judgments based on data.
- Outstanding written and vocal communication abilities, including the capacity to convincingly and clearly express complicated concepts.
- Proven expertise in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
