We have a fantastic opportunity for a Global Relocation Specialist to work remotely in Munich, whilst delivering end-to-end relocation and mobility services for a Technology client.
The Global Relocation Specialist will serve as the key point of contact for the Technology client, managing their relocation program.
This position offers full-time remote working from Munich, Germany.
Responsibilities of the Global Relocation Specialist include:
Act as main point of contact for client global relocation issues and queries, solving problems that arise
Liaising with internal teams whilst serving as the direct point of Client contact for relocation services
Carry out the pre-assignment briefings and client relocation policy review globally as required
Handle all components of Relocation, Global Mobility and Destination Services
Manage all Relocation activities for the client globally not limited to corporate housing, expense management, household good moving and DSP
Coordinate and manage vendors and suppliers as needed
Attend corporate client meeting as required
Serve as point of escalation, proposing suitable solutions to common challenges
Ensure regular follow-ups are conducted with the client
Provide continued advice and support to both clients and relocating employees
Foster professional working relationship with the client and assignee
Evaluate operational efficiency and recommend process improvement
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the global mobility and relocation sector
Strong customer service skills with excellent communication
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
Able to be calm and professional under pressure
Knowledge of the end-to-end relocation processes, working with suppliers
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritise
Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and German
