We are seeking experienced Relocation professionals to join our clients Serviced Apartment and Corporate Housing solutions team.
This role offers full time remote working from home.
Duties of the Relocation – Corporate Housing Consultant include:
- Partner with client to understand their Serviced Apartment and Corporate Housing requirements
- Review client requirements and provide suitable recommendations
- Liaising with Serviced Apartment and Corporate Housing suppliers to ensure best pricing and service
- Schedule accommodation booking requests
- Foster professional relationships adopting a ‘high quality service approach’
- Deliver excellent levels of customer service at all times
- Conduct client satisfaction reviews based on their booked Serviced Apartment
- Supports business research and client engagement projects
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience working as a Relocation Consultant or Serviced Apartment Coordinator
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Proven experience working remotely from home is preferred
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft office suite
- Excellent client service skills
- Engaging personality
- Natural problem-solving skills
Working hours of the role will be Monday - Friday 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm.
