Relocation – Corporate Housing Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Relocation professionals to join our clients Serviced Apartment and Corporate Housing solutions team.

This role offers full time remote working from home.

Duties of the Relocation – Corporate Housing Consultant include:

  • Partner with client to understand their Serviced Apartment and Corporate Housing requirements
  • Review client requirements and provide suitable recommendations
  • Liaising with Serviced Apartment and Corporate Housing suppliers to ensure best pricing and service
  • Schedule accommodation booking requests 
  • Foster professional relationships adopting a ‘high quality service approach’
  • Deliver excellent levels of customer service at all times 
  • Conduct client satisfaction reviews based on their booked Serviced Apartment 
  • Supports business research and client engagement projects 

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience working as a Relocation Consultant or Serviced Apartment Coordinator 
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects 
  • Proven experience working remotely from home is preferred
  • Strong IT skills using Microsoft office suite 
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Engaging personality 
  • Natural problem-solving skills

Working hours of the role will be Monday - Friday 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm.
