Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming inquiries and quote requests for the business.
- Effectively communicate with clients through phone and email.
- Create and present quotes to clients using predefined templates.
- Generate and present invoices for a dynamic department using standardized invoice formats.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of quotes.
- Conduct follow-up calls to clients to discuss quotes.
- Possess knowledge of import and export regulations and associated paperwork.
- Demonstrate understanding of international logistics, particularly in white glove logistics or the international removal business.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in both French and English to facilitate and improve communication across our Paris and London branches, as well as with our international clientele.
- This position requires a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner are imperative.
- As a valuable member of the client management team, this role is integral and requires close collaboration with colleagues.
