Alchemy is supporting an established moving and relocation services company who are seeking a Customer Services Representative to support the management of domestic and international moving services. The successful candidate must have excellent Korean and English language skills and will be based in Seoul, South Korea.


  • Oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of clients across moving services, relocation and household goods logistics 
  • Coordinate with vendors, including moving and freight forwarding subcontractors.
  • Provide regular reports to the General Manager.
  • Assist with protection coverage claims and payment collection.
  • Prepare and issue invoices within 5 days of service to clients. 
  • Liaise with clients and designated contact persons on moving days to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, retaining and developing relationships.
  • Utilize online systems for job initiations, coordination, billing, and data input.
  • Issue job instructions to subcontractors and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with intercompany colleagues and agents for seamless client transitions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, handle job confirmations, and instruct clients on document requirements for household goods relocation.
  • Propose improvements to existing systems and procedures.


  • Proven experience in moving, household goods moving, logistics, relocation or freight forwarding.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow up effectively.
  • Team player with a flexible and persistent attitude.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Confident communicator in both English and Korean.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher educational qualification.
