The main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track the transportation of fine art and antiques across Europe.
- Carry out all administration regarding the daily import and export transport operations.
- Receive and monitor all import and exports freight movements.
- Ensuring all paperwork and documentation is in place for shipments.
- Processing customs documentation.
- Previous experience within a coordinator/clerk position.
- Import and export experience.
- Experience in European Road Freight.
- Knowledge of post-Brexit customs experience is required.
- Highly organised and the ability to multi-task.
