The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-consistent designs for both print and digital platforms. This role requires a strong creative flair, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into high-quality visual assets that support marketing, branding, and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and printed materials.

  • Work collaboratively with marketing, communications, and product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging.

  • Produce design assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

  • Prepare artwork for both print and digital production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and correct file formats.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.

  • Conduct image sourcing, editing, and retouching where necessary.

  • Keep up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging tools.


Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.

  • Experience designing for both print and digital channels.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.

  • A creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.

  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and creative capabilities.

  • [Optional] Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • [Desirable] Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or basic web design (HTML/CSS).
