The role of Immigration Consultant:
- To manage inbound immigration cases from start to finish
- To partner with Corporate Clients as their go-to point of contract regarding visa and immigration queries for Hong Kong immigration
- To ensure compliance
- To build relationships with new and existing Clients in need of immigration assistance
- Manage inbound immigration processes for Hong Kong
- Deliver advice and guidance to corporate Clients on visa and immigration requirements
- Ensure compliance to immigration legal regulations
- Partner with Clients as their direct contact for HK immigration
- Handle Client escalations and queries
- Act as immigration subject matter expert for Hong Kong
- Maintain business standards and meet SLA’s
- Stay up to date on changes in policy and Law
- Strong experience and knowledge of visa and immigration processing for Hong Kong inbound
- Ability to handle immigration cases from start to finish
- Ability to develop professional relationships
- Must be highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ideally, hold a Law Degree or have at least 2 years' of HK immigration experience
- A positive and motivated attitude with a keen interest in the legal and immigration field
- Hong Kong permanent resident (no sponsorship is available)
