What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan and prioritise daily sales activities to achieve maximum customer engagement.
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from private, corporate, and trade clients.
- Promote and sell international removal services, including advising clients on suitable insurance options.
- Prepare accurate quotations and submit detailed sales proposals.
- Ensure all proposals are followed up in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with senior management to support international business growth initiatives.
- Provide assistance to clerical staff to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets as set by management.
- Stay up to date on European and international removals procedures and trends.
- Accurately maintain records of all sales activities and client communications.
- Participate in training and development to enhance product and service knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organisational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
