What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily HHG moving operations for local and interstate relocations
- Managing dispatch for drivers and crews, ensuring optimal routing and efficiency
- Supervising packing, loading, transport, and delivery processes
- Coordinating warehouse operations and HHG inventory control
- Enforcing DOT, FMCSA, and company safety compliance
- Communicating with customers to resolve service issues and ensure satisfaction
- Tracking fleet maintenance and scheduling vehicle inspections
- Implementing process improvements to streamline HHG logistics
