Key Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Develop marketing strategies to attract prospective clients in the moving and relocation industry.
- Talk to business movers about their moving needs to establish a strong network of contacts.
- Meeting and surpassing objectives for sales and customer acquisition.
- Give potential customers guidance and information about the moving services provided by the organization.
- Weekly updates on client accounts and business profits should be given.
- Discuss potential sales with potential clients.
- Represent the company in regional and local networking events by putting together persuasive sales pitches for potential clients.
Requirements and Experience:
- Robust background in professional sales.
- Although not mandatory, familiarity with sales in the commercial moving industry is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for effective customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for monitoring performance and optimizing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a goal-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the Dallas, TX regional market, including understanding of competitors and potential customers.
- Readiness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
