As an Outside Sales Representative, you will promote and generate reservations for our client’s extensive range of moving and storage services.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Perform in-person moving surveys at the customer's business or residence as scheduled.
- Complete the moving estimates and finalise the deal for each assigned lead.
- Look for potential new clients within the moving and relocation industry.
- Networking the company's name to create self-generated business and utilize company-provided sales leads to increase branch revenue.
- Follow up and try to close every unfinished enquiry.
Requirements of the role include:
- Ideally hold a bachelor's or associate's degree.
- Prior moving industry expertise and outside sales experience are essential.
- A GED or high school diploma is necessary.
- Communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task.
- The capacity to use a desktop, laptop, and iPad.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook on Microsoft.
