Our client, a relocation specialist based in Patterson, NY, is seeking an experienced Relocation Warehouse Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the loading, unloading, recording, and storage of all items during the relocation process.
- Review all orders and production plans to ensure accurate distribution.
- Assume overall responsibility for warehouse operations.
- Accurately document the quantity of moving materials or goods received or distributed.
- Complete receiving ticket forms.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Experience Required:
- At least six years of experience in the relocation and moving industry.
- MHE Accreditation (required).
- Strong leadership and employee management skills.
- Effective workforce recruitment and warehouse administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Strong administrative abilities.
- Aptitude for learning new moving software.
- Ability to collaborate and work well in a team.
- Adherence to all safety guidelines.
