Role Responsibilities
- Actively identifying and generating new sales opportunities to increase the client base for moving services and relocation solutions across all areas such as immigration; destination; and assignment management services.
- Develop a strong network in the market to expand new contacts and secure new accounts.
- Work closely with sales leaders and the management team to maximise client engagement and accelerate business growth.
- Meet and exceed agreed revenue and new appointment targets.
- Regularly connect with existing and prospective clients; gaining insight into their business decisions; thereby building a solid and reliable sales pipeline.
- Act as a subject matter; providing consultative advice; best practices; and industry updates to clients across the relocation; mobility; and moving space.
- Represent the company at events as an ambassador, embodying the company's values and missions.
- Delivering effective sales presentations for business leaders & key decision makers.
- Engage in weekly discussions with the wider China team on sales activities and account progression.
Role Requirements
- Demonstrated success in managing the entire sales lifecycle, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and developing high-value sales opportunities.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the global mobility or relocation industry, or in related sectors such as real estate, immigration, HR outsourcing, or household goods moving.
- A customer-focused approach to problem-solving and resolution.
- Fluent in Chinese & English languages (oral and written). Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Exceptional sales skills, with the ability to engage management-level clients through both telephone and in-person sales presentations.
- High levels of drive, confidence, and enthusiasm, with a strong commitment to achieving targets and contributing to the company's success.
- The ability to sell contracted services and maintain positivity and composure under pressure.
- Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
