Our client, a global accommodation provider is looking to hire an experienced Senior Sales Manager in Munich to sell short term accommodation services.

Main Responsibilities: 
  • Focus on B2B sales to increase revenue 
  • Sell short term accommodation options (rooms/apartments) to corporate clients 
  • Develop and implement a local sales plan for short term stays
  • Identify opportunities to increase new business
  • Meet and exceed individual targets
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients that require hotel/apartment/accommodation services 
  • Attend industry events to network, pick up leads and increase brand awareness 
  • Regularly research the local market to identify travel and accommodation trends
  • Hold sales presentations and negotiate terms with clients 

Key Requirements:
  • Must have experience working in an outside Sales / Business Development position in the Hotel / Accommodation / Corporate Housing / Serviced Apartment industry in Germany
  • B2B sales experience in the hotel sector is essential 
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Fluent German & English, both speaking and writing is essential
