Main Responsibilities:
- Focus on B2B sales to increase revenue
- Sell short term accommodation options (rooms/apartments) to corporate clients
- Develop and implement a local sales plan for short term stays
- Identify opportunities to increase new business
- Meet and exceed individual targets
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients that require hotel/apartment/accommodation services
- Attend industry events to network, pick up leads and increase brand awareness
- Regularly research the local market to identify travel and accommodation trends
- Hold sales presentations and negotiate terms with clients
Key Requirements:
- Must have experience working in an outside Sales / Business Development position in the Hotel / Accommodation / Corporate Housing / Serviced Apartment industry in Germany
- B2B sales experience in the hotel sector is essential
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Fluent German & English, both speaking and writing is essential
