Relocation & Destination Services Consultant

Job Description

Our client, an international relocation provider is looking to hire a Relocation & Destination Services Consultant to join their office in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the international relocation process for assignees and their families from start to finish
  • Conduct briefing calls with assignees to provide information on authorised relocation services
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and assignees
  • Management and coordination of all authorised services including; home finding, school search, departure, utilities, renewal, lease negotiation, temporary accommodation, immigration, household goods, expense management, policy counselling, language and cross cultural training
  • Deliver a high level of service to assignees throughout the relocation process
  • Submit property offer and negotiate most favourable tenancy agreement terms for assignee and client
  • Work closely with third party vendors

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in Relocation, Destination Services or Global Mobility
  • Excellent knowledge of destination services including home search and school search
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long lasting relationships with clients
  • Can work efficiently to a high standard in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems
  • Fluent English is an advantage
