We are seeking an experienced Apartment Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure property maintenance, and foster a positive community atmosphere. The ideal candidate will focus on resident satisfaction and meeting occupancy and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and inspections. Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries and complaints, and organize community events.
- Manage the leasing process, develop marketing strategies, and maintain occupancy records.
- Oversee rent collection, assist with budgeting, and prepare financial reports.
- Supervise onsite staff, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of property management experience.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
