What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Ensure all moving services are executed efficiently, safely, and on time.
  • Lead and develop team members, promoting performance excellence and adherence to company standards.
  • Play a key role in new client acquisition through proactive networking and outreach.
  • Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and support business expansion.
  • Prepare and present competitive pricing proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory, equipment, and vehicle maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
  • Assist with budget planning and financial reporting to support business decisions.
  • Evaluate operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, legal standards, and safety regulations.
