Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement marketing strategy for attracting new business relocation clients.
 - Engage with businesses to better understand and assess their moving needs.
 - Create and maintain a solid network of connections in the commercial relocation sector.
 - Consistently meet or exceed sales and customer acquisition targets.
 - Offer full information and consultations about the company's relocation services.
 - Prepare weekly reports on client accounts, sales activity, and revenue growth.
 - Conduct extensive customer meetings to discuss changing needs and propose specialised solutions.
 - Represent the company at regional networking and industry events.
 - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers.
 - Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth service delivery.
 - Stay current on rival offers and local market developments in the Dallas area.
 - Identify and pursue prospects for business growth and client retention.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in professional sales, preferably in a B2B scenario.
 - Prior expertise in the business moving or relocation industry is extremely beneficial.
 - Effective customer management requires strong communication and negotiation abilities.
 - Proficient with CRM software and sales performance tools.
 - Self-motivated, having the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented workplace.
 - In-depth understanding of the Dallas, Texas market and surrounding area.
