An exciting opportunity is now available for a Global Mobility Coordinator to join a global business in New York City. This position sits onsite with a corporate client and offers hybrid working.
Main Duties:
- Complete global mobility administration tasks for the global mobility team
- Review and update global mobility documentation
- Using Microsoft Excel to run and review reports
- Answer the telephone professionally and respond to inquiries
- Work closely with third party vendors for tax and immigration support
- Keep internal systems up to date with relevant assignment information and documents
Key Requirements:
- Experience in the Global Mobility, Relocation, Expatriate Management or Destination Services industries preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient IT user including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
