We are looking for a highly driven and seasoned Business Development Manager to join our client, a prominent Global Mobility Provider in Germany.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a thorough knowledge of the Global Mobility process.

Hybrid working is available.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business leads following the established sales process.
  • Develop new revenue channels for Moving, Relocation, and Immigration Services.
  • Meet and exceed agreed-upon revenue targets.
  • Utilize the CRM system to create and manage sales activities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultative advice, best practices, and industry insights.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and detailed documentation for global assignment management, HR, and procurement executives.
  • Use the CRM system for accurate and timely reporting.
  • Manage sales opportunities through the sales funnel.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a large global business, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven experience in building and managing robust sales pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of solutions-focused sales methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Finance, Rewards, Talent).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong Salesforce experience
