Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business leads following the established sales process.
- Develop new revenue channels for Moving, Relocation, and Immigration Services.
- Meet and exceed agreed-upon revenue targets.
- Utilize the CRM system to create and manage sales activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultative advice, best practices, and industry insights.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and detailed documentation for global assignment management, HR, and procurement executives.
- Use the CRM system for accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage sales opportunities through the sales funnel.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a large global business, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience in building and managing robust sales pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of solutions-focused sales methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Finance, Rewards, Talent).
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong Salesforce experience
