- Develop and sustain long-term connections with corporate clients, real estate companies, and business owners.
- Hold in-person meetings, seminars, and networking events to sell moving services.
- Create customized relocation solutions depending on the client's needs and budget.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure new business.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that relocation services run smoothly.
- Monitor sales performance, keep records, and update the CRM system with customer interactions.
- Monitor market trends, competition activity, and business prospects in the transportation industry.
- Provide great customer service by swiftly responding to client requests and concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted sales efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibits.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B sales experience, ideally in the moving, relocation, or logistics industries.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals successfully.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work alone.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be prepared to travel inside Florida for customer meetings and business development.
